Job Description Job Description Inside Sales Representative Job Description: We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, build customer relationships, and support sales growth. You'll manage leads, provide product information, and help drive revenue through consistent follow-up and communication. Responsibilities: Manage inbound inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls Identify customer needs and recommend products/services Meet sales goals and track activity in the CRM Prepare quotes, proposals, and order updates Maintain strong customer relationships and handle questions professionally Qualifications: Experience in sales or customer service preferred Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections Organized, goal-driven, and able to multitask CRM experience is a plus High school diploma required Want to be considered for this opening immediately?
