Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to final vehicle delivery. Present and demonstrate inventory to potential buyers. Manage and update daily inventory reports. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share. Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly sales plans. Maintain dealership standards for Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units sold. Stay informed on the latest products, market trends, and certifications. Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively. Requirements, Education, and Experience 2 years of sales experience. Eligibility to work in the U.S. Successful completion of pre-employment screening (MVR, drug screening, criminal background check). Sales license required. Compensation Commission-based structure: Percentage of Front-End Gross, Back-End Gross, & Unit Bonuses.
