& Confident Communicators: Passionate about relationship-building
and comfortable presenting solutions in face-to face meetings.
Sales-Minded Professionals: Recent graduates or candidates with 1-5
years of experience in logistics, sales or business development.
Proactive Go-Getters: Self-motivated individuals eager to develop a
successful book of business. Curious Learners: Interested in
developing expertise in bulk liquid transportation and learning how
flexitank technology supports safe and efficient shipping.
Technically-Inclined Professionals: Willing to understand technical
aspects of liquid logistics, including product engineering and
loading procedures. Industry Enthusiasts: Excited to gain knowledge
of specialized solutions for shipping beverages, oils, fuels, and
chemicals. What you'll earn Base salary : $65,000-$75,000 annually
based on experience and education Uncapped commission : Sky's the
limit - your success directly impacts your earnings Car Allowance :

growth : Generate new business through cold calling, on average 40
calls per day. Build and maintain a customer base : Recognize
freight forwarding opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
Become a logistics expert : Partner with internal subject matter
experts to master OEC Group's full suite of global shipping
services. Offer customized solutions : Consult clients on
optimizing their supply chain using ocean, air, warehousing &
distribution, LTL & FTL transportation, cargo insurance and customs
brokerage. Achieve & exceed goals : Hit monthly sales quotas and
set new benchmarks for success. Leverage cutting-edge tools :
Utilize Sugar (CRM) to track client's information, manage your
sales pipeline, and measure success using actionable KPIs.
Collaborate for success : Work closely with our sales support team
to ensure quotes align with each client's requirements. Be a
trusted advisor : Conduct in-person meetings with existing and
prospective clients in your designated territory, strengthening
relationships and securing long-term business. Stay competitive :
Keep a pulse on global freight forwarding trends, ensuring our
strategies align with industry shifts and emerging opportunities.
Work cross-culturally : Maintain open communication with
departments and oversea offices to ensure seamless global
logistics. Learn technical best practices: Demonstrate willingness
to learn product features and loading procedures for bulk liquid
shipments. Promote innovative solutions: Present OEC’s flexitank
offering and containerized liquid solutions; collaborate with
technical teams to tailor offerings to client needs. Educate
customers: Help clients understand the benefits of OEC’s liquid
logistics solutions, including how innovative flexitank technology
can simplify shipping, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Work

Bachelor's degree Sales or logistics experience Knowledge of
