Bonus LK Jordan & Associates is seeking a results-driven Staffing
Supervisor to join our Austin team! If youre passionate about
connecting people with meaningful work and delivering excellent
client service, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary,
temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles Manage client accounts and
develop long-term business relationships Fill job orders quickly
while maintaining quality placements Conduct candidate screenings,
reference checks, and offer negotiations Make inside sales calls
and grow client base through strong service Attend job fairs and
community events to source top talent Collaborate with hiring
managers to understand job requirements Travel to client sites as
needed (local travel only) Requirements: Associates degree in
Business OR 35 years of recruiting experience (field sales or
college recruiting preferred) Strong interpersonal, communication,
and organizational skills Proven ability to multitask and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Valid drivers license and auto
insurance required Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation
