Job Description Duties/Job Description Household Chores - Meal
Preparation - Medication Supervision, remind and aid in taking meds
- Activities of daily living - grooming, bathing - Cleaning laundry
and helping with dressing - Light housekeeping - Incontinent Care -
Mobility Assistance - Companionship, emotional support, physical
support - Monitor patients activities - Fall preventions - Change
of bed linens daily and as needed - Monitor and keep records of V/S
and B/S - Reporting any incidents to supervisor Background
requirements: Candidates must pass background and reference check.
