Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst: As the FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in guiding the company's financial strategy and performance. Responsibilities include: Driving financial planning and analysis efforts across departments. Building and refining financial models to support decision-making and growth. Preparing detailed reports and dashboards for executive leadership. Leading the annual budgeting process and overseeing regular forecasting cycles. Tracking key financial and operational metrics, offering data-driven insights. Partnering with the CFO on special projects and strategic initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile of the FP&A Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years of FP&A experience. Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling, etc.). Experience with NetSuite ERP is a strong plus. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data.
