Job Description:
Senior Accountant - Full-Cycle GL Focus A well-established
nonprofit organization is seeking a detail-oriented Senior
Accountant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who
thrives in a mission-driven environment and enjoys hands-on,
day-to-day accounting work. Responsibilities of the Senior
Accountant: Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations Ensure
accurate GL coding for all transactions Prepare and post journal
entries as part of the monthly close process Manage month-end close
procedures and reporting Export expense data from Concur and import
into Sage Intacct Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Strong experience
with general ledger accounting and journal entries Solid
understanding of full-cycle accounting, from coding to close
Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Hands-on
and detail-focused with a knack for "nuts and bolts" accounting
