Key Responsibilities: SEC Filings: Prepare and reports such as 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and Prospectus Supplements for submission to the SEC. Financial Reporting: Create detailed custom reports and analyses for investors, external agencies, and internal stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with the Financial Reporting team, auditors, management, and legal counsel to support accurate and timely disclosures. Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during financial statement audits and assist in resolving audit-related issues. Ad-Hoc Projects: Review peer SEC filings and prepare additional schedules or reports as needed. Qualifications: 2 or more years in public accounting or prior SEC Reporting experience CPA Candidate or Certification Bachelors Degree in Accounting LI-PG1 INMAY2025 ZRCFS
