Details Job Details: Are you a seasoned professional with a passion
for fire safety and a knack for design? Our leading manufacturing
company is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Designer to join
our team permanently. As a Fire Sprinkler Designer, you will be
responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive fire
sprinkler systems to ensure the safety and protection of our
manufacturing facilities. This role demands a high level of
technical expertise, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a
similar role, with a strong background in fire protection and a
deep understanding of hydraulic calculations. Responsibilities: 1.
Design and layout of fire sprinkler systems using specialized
software, ensuring all designs comply with NFPA standards and local
codes. 2. Conduct detailed hydraulic calculations and analysis to
ensure optimal performance of the designed fire sprinkler systems.
3. Prepare comprehensive installation plans, including materials
specification, installation procedures, and safety measures. 4.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to
integrate fire sprinkler systems into overall building design. 5.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the accurate
implementation of the designed systems. 6. Provide technical
support to the installation team during the installation process.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technological
advancements, and regulatory changes. 8. Participate in project
meetings, providing expert advice and recommendations on fire
protection matters. 9. Maintain a high level of quality control
throughout the design and implementation process. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Fire Protection, or a related
field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler
Designer or a similar role in the manufacturing industry. 3.
Proficiency in using fire sprinkler design software and hydraulic
calculation software. 4. Strong knowledge of NFPA standards,
building codes, and fire protection regulations. 5. Exceptional
drawing skills, with the ability to create detailed, accurate
designs. 6. Solid understanding of hydraulic principles and
calculations. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability
to find effective solutions to complex design challenges. 8. Strong
communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
with team members and present designs to stakeholders. 9. Attention
to detail and a strong focus on quality and safety. 10. Certified
Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or similar certification would be
