As a Senior Offering Manager at Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI) software, you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. • Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
• Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor market trends and performance-driven landscape to identify growth opportunities
• Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
• Conduct market research and identify customer needs

  • 8+ years of experience in offering management or related roles
  • 5+ years experience domain knowledge within the oil & gas/energy sector in process optimization and digital twinsWE VALUE
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
    • Software offering management experience
    • Experience in a global organization
    • Strong analytical and market research skills
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
