Job Description:
Title: Lead IT Business Analyst/Functional Testing Lead

Work-type: Hybrid-onsite
Pay: $60 (Negotiable)
Must Have:
8+ years of experience in business analysis, functional testing, or
related roles within IT or enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, change management
principles, and user adoption strategies.
Experience in planning and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
functional testing via manual Excel scripts.
Ability to clearly communicate complex scenarios to non-technical
stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive consensus and navigate ambiguity in a
cross-functional environment.
SaaS implementation experience.
