Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and
dedicated individual to join our team as a Permanent Outside Sales
Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned
professional to advance their career in a challenging yet rewarding
environment. This role requires an individual who is passionate
about sales, has a proven track record in B2C sales and is
committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: As a Permanent Sales Representative, your primary
responsibilities will include: 1. Building and maintaining strong
relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. 2.
Conducting site visits and running homeowner appointments during
evenings and weekends. 3. Providing detailed product information
and practical solutions to meet customer needs. 4. Preparing and
presenting sales proposals and contracts with accuracy and
professionalism. 5. Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a
consistent basis. 6. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a
timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all
times. 7. Staying updated on industry trends, market activities,
and competitors. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the
Permanent Sales Representative position should possess the
following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of Sales
experience including in-home sales and/or one call close. Prior
Window and Door Sales experience and/or home improvement sales
preferred. 2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and
weekends. 4. Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background
check. 5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 6.
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and results-oriented. 7.
High integrity with a professional and positive attitude. 8.
Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for building and
maintaining strong relationships. 9. Ability to work in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business
needs. 10. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. If you are a
