Lead financial strategy in a hands-on leadership role Be part of a lean, agile, and driven team Competitive Benefits Job Details Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all financial reporting and accounting functions Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights to leadership Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes Utilize Quorum ODA for oil and gas accounting operations Coordinate audits and ensure timely, accurate reporting Support cross-functional initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting (required) CPA preferred 10 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus in the oil and gas industry Deep knowledge of US GAAP and oil & gas financial statement preparation Proficiency in Quorum ODA or similar oil & gas accounting systems Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proactive mindset with a willingness to ?wear many hats? and get the job done Interested in hearing more?
