Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation. 2. Manage all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. 3. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash. 4. Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report, including the year-end financial statements. 5. Implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. 6. Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with approved external auditor. 7. Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions. 8. Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate. 9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure. 10. Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts. 11. Assist in the development and implementation of ERP system. 12. Manage and reconcile balance sheet and ledger accounts. 13. Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, ideally in the energy industry. 3. Strong understanding of Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Flow, Ledger, ERP Implementation, Reconcile, Annual Budget, GL, Financials, Variance Analysis, Inventory Control, Year End Close, A/R, Balance Sheet, Income Statement. 4. Proven experience in financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, profitability analysis and budgeting. 5. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 6. Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations. 7. Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills. 8. Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative team player. 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and with accounting software systems.
